My teaching philosophy is grounded in creating a self-motivated, supportive, and engaging learning environment where students can actively apply what they learn. I strive to explain complex ideas in an accessible, data-driven way, connect theory with real-world practice, and encourage discussions that help students grow as critical thinkers. I value hands-on learning, personalized feedback, open communication, psychological safety, and I make it a priority to listen to my students and adapt my courses to their needs. Above all, I care deeply about helping each student succeed and feel confident using what they learn beyond the classroom.
"This was a fantastic course and due to Professor's knowledge and teaching style, was the best–taught business class I've taken during my 3 years at Olin. The use of clear explanations of concepts backed up by research, real–world applications with a data–driven approach and experiential techniques makes this class a template for all other business classes to follow. Absolutely wonderful! "
